This software is used in all of our systems and ensures that every product is identified, analyzed and, if necessary, individually removed from the product stream.

Our software has over 100 different measurements that provide fast, flexible and reliable product analysis. It is easy to use on the plant floor, has unlimited product types and is accurate and repeatable. Some of the measurements available include:

Envision provides fast and easy access to data collected from any Dipix Inspection System. This reporting package includes automatic report generation and the ability to produce histograms. Envision's ability to create unlimited 'scheduled' reports such as Daily Production Reports, Monthly Shift Reports, and Weekly Summaries means that you can have any one or all of these reports delivered to your email inbox as a PDF attachment whenever you require them.

• Exports data to Microsoft Excel format for further analysis
